The 3-A Mission: AGC Heat Transfer Total Compliance
The 3-A Program formulates standards and practices for the sanitary design, fabrication, installation and cleanability of dairy and food equipment or systems used to handle, process and package cosumable products where a high degree of sanitation is required. The ultimate goal of the 3-A Program and AGC Heat Transfer is to protect consumable products from contamination and to ensure that all product surfaces can be cleaned-in-place and be easily inspected or easily dismantled for manual cleaning and inspection. Our Proflow series plates are designed especially for use in the sanitary industry. The features of our plate meet or exceed all 3-A requirements.
