Egg in beakerProcessing liquid egg products is easier with Proflow plates and a hydraulic closure frame option.

Proflow plates have inlet and distribution areas of the plate specifically designed for viscous flows as experienced in liquid egg processing lines. The inlet area of a plate is the highest velocity section. By design, we have increased the cross-sectional area in this section of the plate resulting in reduced pressure loss and better flow distribution across the plate surface. The Proflow plates are all particularly designed for processing viscous food products with enlarged inlet areas, less restrictive line contact distribution areas, and softer main pattern formed angles.

Our hydraulic closure frame option can greatly reduce the time require to open and close the heat exchanger for inspection. The hydraulic closure frame option is available on our AR51 and Pro31 twin-spindle frames. Our AR51 Hydraulic Closure End Support is retrofitable on existing R51 frames.
