Personal Summary:

Raj joined the Western Factory of AGC (Portland, OR) in August 2001 as a Sales Engineer and quickly progressed to Western Region Sales Manager, a position he held for three years. At the end of 2004 Raj relocated to his hometown of Melbourne, Australia to develop AGC’s export business, focusing on the Asia-Pacific and European regions.

Prior to AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. Raj worked for APV Australia in the Heat Transfer division. Raj has a broad knowledge of heat transfer applications in various industries including the sanitary field. He established an excellent rapport with customers and peers alike during his time in the USA with a high level of customer service dedicated to maintaining complete customer satisfaction. Raj prides himself on a quick response to requests for new plate and frame units, re-streaming and spare parts inquiries. Raj and his wife Shahana reside in Melbourne, Australia. His interests and hobbies include cellaring (and drinking) red wine, cricket, table-tennis and fishing.

Appointing international agents for distribution of AGC products and providing full training and sales support through designs, quotations and heat transfer solutions.
• 2001- 2004: Western Region Sales Manager, AGC Heat Transfer, Inc., Portland, OR, U.S.A: Sanitary plate heat exchanger design and sales, re-streaming and spare parts co-ordination.
• 1996-2001: Thermal Design Engineer, APV Systems, Australia: technical product sales, thermal sizing and design of plate heat exchangers, spare parts, drawing and service co-ordination, tender preparation and inventory control.
