Personal Summary:

Mike joined AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. in 1998 as the plant engineer for the western factory. As plant manager he supervised and directed the growth of the companies manufacturing facility while providing engineering support to the sales department. Mike did the engineering and design work for several of the company’s newest products. He takes pride in his clean user friendly designs, constantly asking himself, “Would I want to be the person servicing or installing this piece of equipment?” In the spring of 2000 Mike moved into the Research and Development department where he could dedicate his full attention to new product design and engineering. He is currently working with state of the art computer technology designing AGC’s newest innovative products.
