Personal Summary:

Allan joined AGC Heat Transfer, Inc. team in April 2002 in the role of Sales Engineer. Prior to joining AGC, he spent over 21 years with APV in the Chicago area where he gained extensive experience in the design and operations of many processes in the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical industries. He held positions at APV as a Sales Engineer, Heat Transfer Specialist, and District Sales Manager. As a Heat Transfer Specialist for six of those years, Allan gained expertise in the field of Plate Type Heat Exchangers. He was involved with designs of new units/systems (most notably five juice facilities valued at $36 Million for a multinational company), refurbishments and service of existing units, and he was a member of the new-product development committee. Allan prides himself in trying to achieve complete customer satisfaction on every project. Allan resides in the Chicago area with his wife Karen, who teaches high school English, and two children, Liz 22 and John 20. If they are not watching their kids’ activities in school, sports or band, Allan and Karen enjoy jogging, skiing, and golf for relaxation.
